We seek to find the best avenue to help our client improve their business performance by tailoring our service to their needs. Generally there are 3 options:
- Onsite: in your business
- Offsite: in San Diego or another location
- Remote: online
There are advantages with each of these options.
Onsite: A visit is 3 or 4 onsite days. Travel is usually before the first day onsite and the afternoon of the final day. The main advantage of being onsite in your business is the observation of how you do business while it is happening. There is also the ease of access and interaction with company managers and employees.
Offsite: The visit can be from 1 to 3 days depending on the topics and content of exploration. Here the main advantage is focus. Outside the business there is generally less distraction. Due to this, we can accomplish a great deal in a short amount of time.
Remote: These online sessions are on an hourly basis, usually 1 or 2 hours. This is great for ongoing coaching and time flexibility – perfect for in between onsite and offsite client projects.
